Comissioned by BBC Studios and produced by Rogan Films 'Becoming Frida Kahlo' is a female lead production. The series was directed by Louise Lockwood. Throughout the run a number of storytelling moments occur directly through Fridas perspective. The graphics brief in part was to aid with this through her various letter exchanges and photographs as well as Newspaper archives and medical reports documenting her declining health.
